Our Story
PINCH is a strategic insight and strategy studio built to help brands make better decisions — without the weight of a traditional agency model.
It was founded by Ruth Noble, a senior research practitioner and strategist with over 15 years of experience partnering with lifestyle brands across fashion, beauty, sport & wellness. Over that time, Ruth worked closely with founders, marketers, and leadership teams as a strategic partner — helping them understand audiences, navigate change, and decide where to play next. Ruth’s previous clients include Ralph Lauren, Childrensalon, Ebay, M&S, L’Oreal, Monster Energy, Nestlé, Tesco, Chivas Bros and Transport for London.

PINCH grew out of a simple observation: with budgets increasingly under pressure, the traditional agency model no longer delivers the value to clients.
Good thinking often gets slowed down by layers, handovers, and unnecessary processes & the most senior people spend the least amount of time on the project.
So PINCH was built differently.
